There are clubs bars and restaurants in this area to rent, pm a member of staff for details and to have you name entered in the title deed. You can also have your own made discuss this with a member of staff

Deflame or put down another persons business in any way, this will lead to you having your lease terminated.
Cost,
All rentals cost $350 a week you can either pay weekly or monthly, I would advise monthly if this possible. The Bank managers will be pming all business owners once a month to ensure that there rent is up to date. All money generated from Rental income will be held in the Bank managers account to be used at staff discretion if needed by members.
If your rent is later by more than 5 days your business will be taken over by City officials until such time as you clear your arrears. More than a month and it will be deleted or listed in the business to rent section in the newspaper.
